These Terms of Use govern your use of www.burgecorporation.com and the domains that forward to it (the "Site"), operated by Burge Corporation, including its Burge Construction and Burge Energy divisions ("Burge," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Informational content
Content on the Site is provided for general information about Burge Corporation and its divisions. It is not an offer, a bid, a quote or a contract, and it is not engineering, legal, tax or financial advice. Project scope, pricing, schedules and performance are set only in a written agreement signed by Burge.
Incentives, tax credits and market data
Information about incentives, tax credits, utility programs, laws and market conditions summarizes public sources as of the date shown and may change. Incentive eligibility depends on project specifics. Confirm with your tax advisor and the program administrator before relying on any figure on the Site. Burge does not guarantee that any project will qualify for an incentive or achieve any level of savings.
Inquiries
Submitting the contact form or otherwise contacting us does not create a client relationship or a contract. Please do not send confidential or proprietary information through the Site. Information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false or misleading information, sending spam or unsolicited advertising through the contact form, attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, interfering with its operation, or using automated means to collect content from it in a way that burdens the Site.
