Restaurant and hospitality construction in Orange County.
Dining rooms, bars, breweries and hotels, built by the contractor behind The Ranch at Laguna Beach, Rock’N Fish, Urth Caffé and Tantalum.
Rooms people come back to.
Hospitality work is judged by guests, so finish quality and schedule both matter. Burge has built restaurant interiors in existing and historic buildings, renovated a full hotel property, and turned a shell space into a working micro-brewery.
